Q. Do you offer a discount for buying water in bulk?
A. Yes, you get a nice discount when you choose to buy a 60-gal, 100-gal, or 200-gal Best Purified Water Club card. Use the card and enjoy the savings as you go. The Water Club card is not required to buy water at Best Purified Water.
Q. Do I have to pay a membership fee to buy water from your store.
A. No…there is no membership fee to pay. That’s the other guys.
Q. What kind of water do you sell?
A. We offer steam distilled water and reverse osmosis water at our self-serve filling stations.
Q. What is Steam Distilled Water?
A. Steam distilled water is created by softening, filtering, and boiling tap water. When the steam condenses, it is cooled, collected, and stored. Steam distilled water is approximately 99.9% pure.

Q. What is Reverse Osmosis Water?
A. Reverse osmosis water is created by softening tap water and passing it through a series of filters. Reverse osmosis water is approximately 50% to 80% pure.

Q. I see you sell BPA-free plastic bottles. What does BPA-free mean?
A. BPA stands for Bisphenol A, and it was used to make polycarbonate plastic bottles and other products. In approximately 2008, several governments issued reports questioning the safety of BPA in products…which prompted some retailers to remove products from store shelves containing BPA. In 2010, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) raised additional concerns, and the Canadian government declared BPA to be a toxic substance. Enjoy peace of mind when you buy Best Purified Water’s BPA-free bottles.
Q. Are polycarbonate plastic bottles safe for storing water?
A. The FDA performed studies on the safety of polycarbonate plastic bottles. They determined that polycarbonate plastic bottles are safe to use and store water in. We can provide you with the related reference materials upon request.
Q. Do you offer automatic shipment of water filters?
A. Yes. Some customers choose automatic shipments of water filters on the schedule they set. We’ll just need to have your written request and authorized payment information on file. There is no long-term commitment…cancel at any time.
Q. What types of water products and accessories do you offer?
A. We offer a variety of water purification systems, products, and accessories, including several types of water filters, demand pumps, water tubing, shower head filters, crocks, jugs, polycarbonate plastic bottles, glass bottles, water pumps, mini-distillers, Dol-Fyn Steam Distillers, emergency water treatment systems, stands, and dishes for pets.
Q . What is your return policy?
A. We do not take back any product that produces consumable water (carbon or ceramic filters, reverse osmosis or steam distillation equipment) under the following circumstances:
- After it has been used by the consumer and
- Is determined to be in correct working condition or after having any functional or operational defects serviced under the warranty provisions listed below.
Any returns which meeting the approved return conditions as determined by Best Purified Water must arrive in our store by mail or personal delivery not later than 30 days after the original purchase date. Item(s) must be in a new or as purchased and unused condition in the original container (if new) to qualify for a full refund. Invoices are required with any return.
